1. General
1.1. These terms (a public offer) govern the use of the website https://mistworld.pro, the Mistworld game server, the site forum and the Telegram bot @Mistworld_pro_bot (together, the "Service"). The Service is provided by Mistworld project administration (the "Administration").
1.2. By signing up on the site or in the bot, logging in to the game or paying for in-game items, you (the "User") accept these terms in full, together with the server rules (https://mistworld.pro/about#rules) and the Privacy policy (https://mistworld.pro/privacy). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1.3. Mistworld is an independent project. Lineage II is a trademark of NCSOFT Corporation; the project is not affiliated with NCSOFT.
2. Terms
- Account panel: the account on the site where the User manages game accounts.
- Game account: the account for logging in to the game server.
- In-game items: items, in-game currency including Coin of Luck, and other in-game features.
- Account panel balance: Coin of Luck credited to the account panel and not yet moved to a character.
3. Sign-up and accounts
3.1. The User gives a working e-mail address and keeps the passwords of the account panel and game accounts safe. Actions made with the User's login and password are deemed made by the User.
3.2. The Service may be used by persons aged 14 and over. Users under 18 make purchases only with the consent of their parents or legal guardians.
3.3. Selling, buying or handing over accounts and in-game items for real money outside the Service is forbidden.
4. Conduct
4.1. The User follows the server rules published on the site. For violations the Administration may restrict access to the chat, a game account or the account panel, and remove in-game items obtained through violations.
4.2. When an account is blocked for breaking the rules, paid in-game items, including Coin of Luck on the account panel balance, are neither refunded nor compensated.
5. Paid features
5.1. Playing is free. The User may choose to buy Coin of Luck and packs of in-game items. Prices, bonuses and payment methods are shown on the top-up page in the account panel. Payments go through payment systems (TryBit, Telegram Stars, FreeKassa, depending on the chosen method) on their terms.
5.2. By paying, the User gets the right to use the corresponding in-game items on the Mistworld game server. In-game items are not the User's property and cannot be exchanged back for money.
5.3. Coin of Luck are credited, at the User's choice, to the account panel balance or straight to a chosen character. The User may move coins from the balance to own characters at any time. Packs are credited to a character; packs paid before the server opens are credited once the User picks the character.
5.4. The service is rendered when Coin of Luck are credited to the account panel balance or in-game items to a character.
6. Refunds
6.1. If a payment went through but the in-game items were not credited through the Service's fault, the Administration credits them by hand or refunds the money, as the User prefers.
6.2. Coin of Luck still on the account panel balance and not moved to a character can be refunded on request within 14 days of the payment. The money is returned by the payment method used, minus the payment system's fee; bonus coins are removed with the refund.
6.3. In-game items moved or credited to a character, or spent in the game, are not refundable.
6.4. Send refund requests and payment questions to: through the Telegram bot @Mistworld_pro_bot. Give your account panel login and the order number.
7. Service operation and liability
7.1. The Service is provided "as is". The Administration aims for stable operation but does not guarantee it is uninterrupted, and carries out maintenance, updates and changes to gameplay and balance at its discretion.
7.2. After a technical failure the Administration may restore the game world to its state before the failure, including with the loss of some in-game progress.
7.3. The Administration is not liable for losses caused by third parties, by the User losing access to their e-mail or Telegram, by passwords handed to others, or by the work of payment systems and internet providers.
8. Changes
The Administration may change these terms. A new version applies from its publication on this page. By continuing to use the Service the User accepts the new version.
