1. General
1.1. This policy describes what personal data the Mistworld project collects, why and how it uses and protects it. It covers the website https://mistworld.pro, the Mistworld game server, the site forum and the Telegram bot @Mistworld_pro_bot (together, the "Service").
1.2. Personal data controller: Mistworld project administration (the "Administration"). Contact: through the Telegram bot @Mistworld_pro_bot.
1.3. By signing up on the site or in the bot, or by using the Service, you accept this policy and consent to the processing of your personal data on the terms described here. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Data we process
2.1. Data you provide:
- the login and password of your account panel, your e-mail address;
- game account logins and passwords, character names;
- forum posts and support requests.
Passwords are stored only as hashes: nobody can read them, the Administration included.
2.2. Data created when you use the Service:
- IP address, browser and device type, times of logins and actions on the site;
- a technical computer identifier that the game client sends to the server to protect against cheats and account theft;
- in-game statistics of your characters;
- when you link Telegram: your Telegram chat id and username;
- purchase records: amount, currency, payment method, the payment system's transaction number, what was credited and to which character.
2.3. We never receive or store bank card or crypto wallet details: the payment system handles them on its side.
3. Why we process data
- signing up and logging in to the account panel and the game, managing game accounts;
- restoring access by e-mail or through Telegram;
- accepting payments, crediting purchases and bonuses, answering payment questions;
- protection against account theft, fraud, bots and rule violations;
- Service notices and answers to your requests;
- anonymised site visit statistics;
- meeting legal requirements.
4. Legal basis
We process data based on your consent and to perform the Terms of use (https://mistworld.pro/terms) you have accepted. Payment records are kept as long as the law requires.
5. Cookies
The site uses only necessary cookies: for logging in to the account panel (session), for remembering your language and for protecting forms against bots (Cloudflare Turnstile). There are no advertising or third-party trackers. If you block cookies, logging in will not work.
6. Who receives data
We never sell or publish personal data. We share it only with those the Service cannot work without, and only as much as needed:
- payment systems, to accept payments (TryBit, Telegram for payments in Stars, FreeKassa if you choose it);
- Cloudflare, which protects the site against attacks and delivers its pages;
- the Resend mail service, which sends e-mails (access recovery, notices);
- Telegram, for the bot and linking Telegram to your account panel;
- hosting providers whose servers run the site and the game server;
- public authorities, only on a lawful request.
Some of these services and servers are located outside the Russian Federation. By using the Service you consent to the cross-border transfer of data to these recipients.
7. How long we keep data
Account panel and game account data are kept while the account panel exists. Technical logs (IP addresses, logins) are kept while they are needed to protect the Service and investigate violations. Payment records are kept for the periods the law requires. When an account panel is deleted, its data is deleted or anonymised, except what we must keep by law.
8. Your rights
You may ask what data we keep about you, have it corrected, have your account panel and data deleted, or withdraw your consent. Write to us: through the Telegram bot @Mistworld_pro_bot. We answer within 30 days. Withdrawing consent means deleting the account panel: the Service cannot be used without the data.
9. How we protect data
The site works over HTTPS only, passwords are stored as hashes, the databases are closed to the outside and accessible only to the Administration, and logins and password-guessing attempts are limited and logged.
10. Age
The Service may be used by persons aged 14 and over. Users under 18 make purchases only with the consent of their parents or legal guardians.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. A new version applies from its publication on this page; its date is shown at the top.
